City Place Reservation Agreement Instructions

First, please only place a reservation in this project if you fully intend to purchase a unit.  The reservation forms are in pdf format and can be printed out from your computer.

Read the entire document before proceeding.  When you have determined that City Place at Palm Coast is a suitable purchase for you, then proceed with completing the reservation form.

1.  Print your name on the line before "Prospective Buyer".

2.  Print your name and address in section 11 as Purchaser.

3.  Sign and print your name on the last sheet as "Prospective Purchaser".  If you are purchasing the unit jointly then both parties should sign on this page.

4.  Write deposit check and make payable to the escrow agent, Upchurch, Bailey and Upchurch.

5.  Send entire form with check to marketing firm at the address below.  Because these are priority reservations, you may wish to have these sent over-night delivery.
